What is the shipping timeframe for the order?

The order processing time will take 5-7 working days. During promotions, an additional 3-5 business days may be needed. Orders may also be delayed due to Chinese holidays.
 

What types of delivery methods do we provide?

It takes about 7-15 business days deliver to arrivable country.
FedEx airline
It takes about 5-7 business days deliver to arrivable country if the weight of a order more than 3kg.
 

Do we offer free shipping?

If the total order amount on the Shopee website reaches $20, free shipping is offered for all items.
If you place multiple orders within 3 days totaling over $20, we can treat them as a single order. Please contact our customer service to refund any excess shipping fees. The first order within these 3 days must be placed at least 7 days after your previous purchase.
 

What is the VAT policy?

Please note that the customs duty for all products on Wobrick is not included in our prices.
