Our Bricks orders are customized according to the customer’s requirements. We only accept order cancellations within 24 hours.

If an order has already been shipped: Each Bricks order is hand-picked and packaged to maintain the highest quality standards. We do not accept returns, but we are happy to promptly reship any missing or damaged/defective items.

If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact our customer service team for a replacement.
