Wobrick Shipping Policy: Global Rates & EU Updates

🌍 Global Shipping Rates (Non-EU)

For all customers located outside of the European Union, our standard shipping rules apply:

• Orders $20 and under: $3.00 flat rate.

• Orders over $20: Free Shipping ($0).

🇪🇺 EU Shipping Rates & Import Fee Updates

In accordance with Council Regulation (EU) 2026/382, the European Union is introducing changes to cross-border e-commerce import fees. To comply with these requirements, an additional EU package handling fee is now being collected for shipments to the EU.

A $2.30 package handling fee per declared item (equivalent to €2) applies in addition to the existing $3.30 import duty per declared item (equivalent to €3). These are separate charges and are collected together.

For orders shipped to the EU, the shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• Orders $20 and under: $8.60 ($3.00 base shipping + $3.30 import duty + $2.30 EU handling fee).
• Orders over $20: $5.60 (Free base shipping + $3.30 import duty + $2.30 EU handling fee).

Important Notice: EU import duty and package handling fees are calculated per declared item, not per package. The total fees may therefore vary depending on the number of declared items in each shipment. The rates above assume one declared item per package.

The updated EU shipping fees apply to the following 27 countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
